We understand there may be times when a refund might be requested due to illness or unforeseen circumstances. 

Some situations cannot be predicted, but a business cannot operate if scheduled appointment times or seats booked in courses are reserved and then not attended without giving appropriate notice.  Notice of cancellation allows the time booked to be offered to another client. 

Short notice cancellation of Workshops or Practitioner Trainings will not be refunded due to travel, venue and other costs paid out to host the events.

Our Refund Policy for Appointments, Classes, Workshops, and EFT Practitioner Trainings follow:
 

Private EFT Tapping Appointments
24 Hours – Appointments may be cancelled with refund provided (less PayPal charges) when we are given 24 hours notice.  Appointments may be rescheduled, without charge, with 24 hours notice.

Refund of any part of a reduced cost package (3, 5 or 10 sessions) will have the sessions already attended (priced at full hourly rate) deducted from the package cost, before refund.

Refund will be provided in full for any appointment which I might need to cancel or postpone, should a client not wish to reschedule.

EFT Classes  –  Online or Local Venue 
7 days – Purchased Tapping Classes may be cancelled with refund provided (less PayPal charges) with 1 week’s notice given.
Two or more paid attendees are the minimum number for a Tapping Class to operate. 

(For class venues outside Alberta the minimum number of attendees may increase, and the cancellation period may increase to 14 days before the event date, because of increased hosting/operating costs.  Please check the Meetup or Facebook Event refund details in regard to “away” events.)

Refund will be provided in full for any class which I might need to cancel or postpone, should a client not be available or wish to attend at a later date.

EFT Workshops  –  Online or Local Venues
7 days – Purchased EFT Workshops may be cancelled with refund provided (less PayPal charges) when 1 week’s notice is given.
3 or more paid attendees are the minimum number for a Tapping Workshop to operate. 

(For workshop venues outside Alberta the minimum number of attendees may increase, and the cancellation period will increase to 30 days before the event date, because of increased travel and hosting/operating costs.  Please check the individual posted Meetup or Facebook Event refund details in regard to “away” events.)

Refund will be provided in full for any workshop I might need to cancel or postpone, should a client not be available or wish to attend at a later date.

EFT Practitioner Training (2 and 3 day) Workshops  –  Online or Local Venues
14 Days – Purchased Practitioner Trainings may be cancelled with refund provided (less PayPal charges) when 14 days notice is given.

2 or more paid attendees are the minimum number for a Tapping Workshop to operate. 

(For EFT Practitioner Training Workshop in venues outside Alberta the minimum number of attendees may increase, and the cancellation period will increase to 30 days before the event date, due to increased travel and operating costs in hosting/presenting the workshops.  Please check the individual posted Meetup or Facebook Event refund details in regard to “away” events.)

Refund will be provided in full for any training workshop events which I cancel or postpone, should an EFT Practitioner student not be available or wish to attend at a later training date.

EFT-Tapping for Weight Loss – 7 week program –  This program provides 7 weeks of information, support and structure (open and instantly downloadable access) to weekly videos and worksheets,  which is not refundable.

The 5 Private Sessions for Weight Loss includes instant free access to the online videos and worksheets above, at a massively reduced price, as a  package.  If no appointments have been attended, the $197.00 cost (for instant access to videos, information and worksheets of the online program) will be deducted from the package cost.  If no appointments have been booked/attended, $100. of the package cost can be refunded.
